At TweedOutdoor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our heritage-inspired apparel. If your item is not quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
